"The best advice we can give, is the advice we've
already taken ourselves."

K. Keith Drew

With over 25 years of experience, our founder Keith Drew has served in a variety of positions designed to determine the needs of organizations, then create programs and processes to accomplish their goals. He has worked in profit and non-profit settings, evaluating 1,000s of businesses; working both independently and as a part of corporate America. His positions have included: Vice President of Business Development, Universal Access Corporation; National Director of Sales Engineering, Inter-Tel Technologies, Inc.; Owner, three businesses.

As both an employee and a manager in multiple settings, Keith has the expertise to show others how to manage both up and down within an organization. One way he does this is by matching personality traits with positions, increasing the success of individuals and their companies.

Keith was one of the first 100 Master Certified Novell Instructors in the world, a certified Peer Counseling Trainer, and led the project to create the first movable type for the deaf using computers in 1990.

This dynamic, out-of-the-box thinking has allowed Keith to bridge the gap that often exists between the Strategic vision of a company and the Tactical decisions they face. Today, Cross Link Consulting makes companies more effective, more efficient, and thereby more profitable, by providing business solutions that take people and technology into account.

Recommendations

"Keith Drew is as technically proficient and well rounded as they come. Keith's leadership style is one of mentoring and teaching, and given his background in education this should come as no surprise. I would recommend Keith for any leadership role, technical or not. He seems to know when to shoot straight from the hip, or maybe take a more indirect approach. He possesses a great ability to read people and assess situations quickly and correctly. It is my pleasure to recommend Keith Drew for any management, technical, or design position. His positive attitude, along with the needed technical proficiencies is both refreshing and infectious."
